If your campus group or organization is planning an event you'd like announced on the calendar, simply complete and submit the form below.
Be sure to fill in all the applicable spaces so we can best serve you. All fields are required except contact and optional information. It's a good idea to provide a phone or e-mail contact so people can learn more about the event or sponsoring group.
How the calendar works - BU's Web team uploads calendar items as they arrive, usually on the same day, and puts them in the section for the appropriate date. You can post as far in advance as you wish. Items stay on the calendar, accessed from the BU Today page, until they expire. The Web team reserves the right to review, confirm, edit notices for style and bevity, or reject postings not appropriate for the university.
Tips, suggestions - Try to submit items a few days in advance of your activity so people can plan ahead. Avoid obscure acronyms; someone new might not understand. If you also wish to promote your activity as a regular news item — helpful if there are advance ticket distributions or registration — send information separately to the Web team to be included in the regular news item.
