As business educators the Bloomsburg University College of Business faculty and staff understand the unique challenges today’s business students face.  Over the last 80 years, the College of Business has defined business education by transforming students’ lives, informing businesses’ practices, and producing cutting edge scholarship.  Today, we graduate an average of 328  students annually and serve a diverse student body of 1550 students, consisting of  9% minorities and  36% women.  With our new 3 story, 54,000 square foot state-of-the-art building under renovation, the College of Business maintains excellence by offering a challenging curriculum which is primarily taught by full-time doctorally qualified faculty.

We work to transform the landscape of the Pennsylvania’s economy by preparing tomorrow’s business leaders with a healthy mix of theory and the latest best business practices.  Our innovative programs and proven record of excellence helped us achieve accreditation by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in 2004.  The AACSB is the premier international accrediting agency for bachelors, masters, and doctoral degree programs in business administration and accounting.  With only 15% of business schools attaining this accreditation, we are honored to be counted among “The Best Business Schools in the World.”

Our students can receive accredited degrees in Accounting, Finance, Information and Technology Management, Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, and Business Education.  We also offer a masters in business administration and a masters in education.
