Kehr 408 (Capacity 500)

The Kehr Union ballroom is the largest available room in Kehr Union. It is particularly well suited to larger formal events, concerts, banquets and other large events. The large carpeted floor surface allows a variety of formal and semi-formal events to take place in this facility. The use of the Ballroom also includes the use of the Ballroom lobby.

Specifications: 106' x 60', 6,379 sq. ft., lobby - 2,363 sq. ft.

Types of Events Held: Dances, banquets, fashion shows, performing arts, receptions, food shows, vendor displays, break-out rooms, and other events.

Room Features: In-house or performance sound, adjustable lighting, portable staging/risers, electric blinds, large screen, overhead computer/video projection, voice/data connections, moveable partitions, CD-DVD-VHS projection, dressing room, service corridor, access to loading dock.

Set-up Capabilities: 500 Auditorium, 55 round tables ,75 rectangular tables. Special set-ups in this space can be accomplished provided sufficient notification is received.

Kehr 345A (Capacity 200)

Among the larger rooms in the Kehr Union, it can be combined with its neighboring twin to form a very large area with a capacity of 400 persons.

Types of Events Held: Seminars, meetings, programs, lectures, symposiums, and other medium size events

Room Features: Voice/data connections, wall mounted screen, room darkening capabilities, in-house sound system, flexible room set-ups

Set-up Capabilities:200 Auditorium style, 20 round tables, 30 rectangular tables

Room Features: IMP Sttion, internet access, permanent screen, background music, light-blocking shades on windows. Can be divided into three smaller rooms with capacity of 18-50 depending on setup.

Set-up Capabilities:150 auditorium style, 90 at round tables, 48 classroom style tables

Monty's Foyer (Capacity 50)

Specifications: 1,122 sq. ft.

Types of Events Held: Registration area, information tables, gathering place.

Room Features: Foyer has a large fireplace for a cozy gathering place, and is adjacent to dining area.

Monty's Dining Area (Capacity 250)

Types of Events Held: Food service

Room Features: Round tables seating six adjacent to food service scattercourt.

Set-up Capabilities: Fixed
