Reservations
Reservation requests from conference and off campus groups are made through Ms. Kathy Kollar, Assistant Director of Housing for Conference Services: 570-389-4112, kollar@bloomu.edu .
Reservations must be made (received/confirmed) at least 10 days in advance. It should be noted that no reservations/change/cancellation is considered complete until the appropriate written form has been received, processed and approved. Ms. Kollar will complete the appropriate forms for off-campus organizations/conference groups once a contract has been confirmed.
Required Information
To expedite your group's reservation request please provide the following information when you first contact Conference Services:
- The name of your organization and non-profit tax status.
- The date(s) you would like to hold your event and alternative dates that would work for you.
- The time your event will occur. (Ex) time of reservation 4pm - 10pm, time of event 6pm.
- The nature of the event (dance, concert, conference, etc.)
- The number of people you expect to attend.
- The name of the person who will be in charge of the program arrangements (and on-site coordination if that is a different person). Please bring their address, e-mail address, and phone number(s).
- Any special services needed, such as audiovisual, stage, special equipment, lighting, sound, traffic control or security, etc...
- Food service needs, such as dinner, luncheon, breakfast coffee setups, refreshments, concessions, and alcoholic beverage service.
- If you have guests with any special needs.
