Please complete all applicable fields before submitting. Submission of this application does not guarantee admission to Graduate School. A final decision is not made until all pertinent materials have been received in the Graduate Office.

A non-refundable $30 application fee should be sent upon submission of this application. Checks or money orders can be made payable to Bloomsburg University and mailed to School of Graduate Studies, 212 Centennial Hall, Bloomsburg University, 400 East Second Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815-1301. Graduate Studies applications are processed as received. If you don't hear about an online application within a week, contact Carol Arnold in the Graduate Office to check on its status.

The application should be submitted at least six weeks prior to the requested date of admission. Some programs have deadline dates so please check the appropriate graduate program web page for details.

Request each college or university you have attended to forward your official transcript to the School of Graduate Studies. (BU undergraduates do not need to submit BU transcripts).
