Vehicle Registration - Summer School 2006

All vehicles must be registered with the University Police Department for Summer School. Parking decals will be issued when the vehicle is registered. Decals must be properly displayed on the vehicle according to the University Parking Regulations.

Decals are valid for all Summer Sessions but will expire on August 18. Vehicle registration will be held in the Scranton Commons at the north side lobby across from the coffee shop, on the dates and times listed below.

The schedule for registration for all eligible students is as follows:

Commuter Student vehicles must be parked in student parking areas designated for Black or Purple decals.

Resident Dorm Students must park in the First Street (green) lot until you are scheduled to register.

Do not park in designated Faculty/Staff areas or your vehicle will be ticketed hourly at the rate of $15.00 per hour.

Students eligible to obtain a campus parking decal must present the vehicle registration card (owner's card) and driver's license at time of registration.

Any student residing in the Town of Bloomsburg and outside of the perimeter must show some form of acceptable proof of residence, (i.e. current original lease, utility bill, etc.) in order to obtain a commuter parking decal. Students residing inside the perimeter, are not permitted to register a vehicle and park on campus.

During Summer School there is no parking fee for Commuter or Resident Students.

Bloomsburg University assumes no responsibility/liability for the care or protection of vehicles/contents while operated/parked on university property.
