Husky Support Group

Mondays at 5:00 PM at the DAWN Office, Room 253

Peer support is getting help from someone who has been there. A peer support group is a gathering of people with similar struggles. We share experiences, coping strategies, and offer understanding. We are based on the principles of empowerment, choice, mutual help, and recovery.

Join our guided Husky Support Group: for friendship, support, recovery, wellness, learning and skill-building, community-based activities, and connections to further services.

  • Is it difficult for you to turn away from media devices such as laptops, cell phones, iPads, or T.V. screens?
  • Is there anything else that you might do excessively and not in moderation?
