New Binding Option Available

We have a new alternative binding system for presentations and papers requiring a professional appearance. It is available from 1/8" to 2" in thickness and comes with a clear cover and Bloomsburg maroon colored spine and back. Please ask for it on your print request form. Details here!


The Duplication Services Office offers offset and digital black and white and color output systems to meet the needs of university academic and administrative offices.

These are some materials Duplicating Services can produce:

  • admissions publications
  • advertisements and announcements
  • booklets, brochures, catalogs
  • business cards
  • classroom handouts and schedules
  • flyers
  • forms (campus-wide or external)
  • letterhead/envelopes
  • large format printing (posters for campus & public events) - details here

Equipment:

  • 2 - Color offset copiers - up 12"x18"
  • 4 - black and white digital copiers - up to 11"x17"
  • 1 - color digital copier - up to 13"x19"
  • 1 - Epson, Stylus, Pro 9889 Large-format Printer (to 44" wide)

Online Orders for Duplicating Services Requests

The Bloomsburg University Duplicating Department utilizes an online order entry system to request and receive print material. This system provides:

  • Ease of order entry through a menu-driven online process that will allow you to post all your print files (Word, PDF, Excel, etc.) directly with your electronic request; sending job requests through the mail will become a thing of the past.
  • The ability to recall, change and reenter any old jobs that were previously run in Duplicating Services.
  • Track the status of your job online via a unique job number that will be assigned to each order.
  • Check the invoices for all of your print jobs online.

Getting Started

Log in at https://departments.bloomu.edu/duplicating using the same user ID and password you use for logging onto your office computer or email.

  • Please note: The 'https' in the internet address indicates a secure connection.

Mac Users need to submit an online request. Email job attachment to duplicate@bloomu.edu. Email subject should be the online request number.

The software is very user friendly. If you have any order entry questions please contact our staff via the contact information provided at the top of this page.

Letterhead Reminder!

The footer of any University letterhead should read "A Member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education". Please check your letterhead to see if the update has been made to your files. If it hasn’t, please forward the file to Irene Johnson in Marketing and Communications so she can provide you with a new file prior to uploading into the duplicating system.


Paper

All paper used in the printing and duplicating process is either FSC or SFI certified.

Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) The Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) ensures fiber coming from this program is certified based on a comprehensive system of principles that combines the perpetual growing and harvesting of trees with the long-term protection of wildlife, plants, soil and water quality. Under this program participating companies plant or grow more trees than are harvested each year.
