The following lead times (delivery of material to Duplicating) are established to ensure that jobs can be scheduled and delivered on a timely basis:

Tests Phone scheduled 10 days before needed; will give same day turn-around on agreed-upon date.

Classroom Handouts 5 Working Days
Workbooks Sold at Bookstore 1 Month
Promotion Application Materials 5 Working Days
Tenure Materials 5 Working Days
Bookstore Internal Materials 5 Working Days
Administrative Materials 5 Working Days
Distant Education Conference Handouts 5 Working days
Athletic Conferences Phone Scheduled, 3 Working Days inhouse
Playoff Programs Phone Scheduled, 3 Working Days
Material Lead Time/Input Due Day
Business Cards 10 Working Days
Envelopes 10 Working Days
General Publications 5 Working Days
Theater Programs 5 Working Days
Playoff Programs Phone scheduled, one week in advance or as soon as location is known, 3 days in house production time

Letterhead Reminder!

The footer of any University letterhead should read "A Member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education". Please check your letterhead to see if the update has been made to your files. If it hasn’t, please forward the file to Irene Johnson in Marketing and Communications so she can provide you with a new file prior to uploading into the duplicating system.


Paper

All paper used in the printing and duplicating process is either FSC or SFI certified.

Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI)

Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) The Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) ensures fiber coming from this program is certified based on a comprehensive system of principles that combines the perpetual growing and harvesting of trees with the long-term protection of wildlife, plants, soil and water quality. Under this program participating companies plant or grow more trees than are harvested each year.
