Large Format Printing

  • Posters should include Bloomsburg University of PA on the poster.
  • Posters will not be printed for personal use.
  • One week notice is required for all print jobs.
  • We only use 44" wide paper rolls. Either the width or length of your poster may exceed 44", but not both dimensions.
  • We are not responsible for formatting or editing posters. They will be printed as they are given to us.
  • $4.50/sq. foot - Price may vary depending upon size of poster and amount of ink used.
  • Cost includes one draft, the final print and the poster packaged in a 3" packing tube. Faculty are responsible for the cost of reprints due to the file being incorrect.

Submit a Printing Request

Request poster via a duplicating request with the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Department
  • BU email address
  • Poster Quality: Draft (low quality) or Final (Glossy paper)
  • Date Needed
  • Additional Information
  • Attach File - Acceptable file formats include: .ppt and .pptx; .pdf; .jpeg; .psd (Photoshop)
  • Posters can be picked up at Duplicating in Waller Administration Building, Room 42.
  • *We reserve the right to refuse printing to anyone.

Letterhead Reminder!

The footer of any University letterhead should read "A Member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education". Please check your letterhead to see if the update has been made to your files. If it hasn’t, please forward the file to Irene Johnson in Marketing and Communications so she can provide you with a new file prior to uploading into the duplicating system.


Paper

All paper used in the printing and duplicating process is either FSC or SFI certified.

Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) The Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) ensures fiber coming from this program is certified based on a comprehensive system of principles that combines the perpetual growing and harvesting of trees with the long-term protection of wildlife, plants, soil and water quality. Under this program participating companies plant or grow more trees than are harvested each year.
