Test/Exam Control Procedure

Requests for test duplication should be submitted via the on-line order entry system. There are two methods available to ensure secure printing and delivery of tests/exams.

  1. Via the online order entry system; in the comments section, list those personnel authorized to pick up the copies of the test/exam once completed. If this method is chosen, completed test copies will be maintained in a secured cabinet in the Duplication Office until the identity of the person picking up the test is verified (photo id).
  2. Either the instructor or authorized department administrative assistant make an appointment with Duplication staff (via phone, email or in person) to witness the reproduction of the test/exam. Upon completion, sign for and take the copies with them (note: an on-line order must still be submitted for billing purposes).

While tests are in production, the door to the Duplication Office will remain locked and customers picking up will be served at the door window.

Student employees are not authorized to pick-up tests at the Duplication Office.
