Final examinations will be held in the regularly assigned classrooms unless otherwise announced by the instructor. The registrar must approve room changes by April 21, 2008. Time changes must be initiated by the instructor with the consent of each student, and must be approved by the department chairperson, dean and registrar by April 21, 2008. Classes which begin at non-standard times will have their examinations with the classes which begin just before the class time. For example, if a class meets at TR at 11:30, its final examination time will be with TR 11:00 classes.

Non-Standard Time Classes

Classes which meet two days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays will have their examination according to the final examination time for Monday classes. For Example:

Classes which meet MW 2:00 to 3:15 pm will have their examinations with the classes which meet MWF 2:00; Thursday May 8th at 10:30am.

Classes which meet from 1:00 to 3:50 pm will have their examinations with the classes which meet MWF 1:00 Monday May 5th at 1:00 pm.

Classes which meet at non-standard times on a Tuesday and Thursday, will have their examinations with the classes which start at the regular time period just before the non-standard class meets. For Example;

Classes which meet TR 12:00 noon will have their examinations with the classes which meet TR 11:00 am; Monday May 5th at 3:30pm

Classes which meet TR 3:00 to 5:30 pm will have their examinations with the classes which meet TR 2:00; Thursday May 8th at 8:00 am.

Any changes to the final examination times and/or locations must be authorized by this office. Changes in the times of the examination must have written approval of the department chairperson and college dean before this office May record time changes and reserve an examination date.
