A nonrefundable advance registration fee of $200 is due when an individual is approved for admission as an undergraduate student or when a former student is approved for readmission. This fee is credited to the first basic fee payment. The advance registration fee ($200) is not refundable.

We accept payments of cash, checks, or money orders in the Bursar Office in person or via mail. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Bloomsburg University. Payment can be made online with a credit card or eCheck. This service is offered through a third party vendor, JPMorgan Chase, which charges a 2.75% convenience fee for each tuition/fees payment made by credit/debit card. We accept MasterCard, Discover and American Express for tuition, fees, and advance deposits. There is no fee to pay by eCheck.

Fees are due at times determined by the Bursar Office. The university reserves the right to withhold information concerning the record of a student who is in arrears in fees or other charges including student loans.

The university does offer a time payment plan through Sallie Mae TuitionPay. For more information concerning the payment plan, visit the payment plan page, contact the Bursar Office or Sallie Mae directly at (800) 635-0120. Electronic billing invoices can be viewed and printed from the student's ISIS account. Paper bills are not mailed. Failure to comply with the directive concerning payment excludes the student from registration.
