Hip Hop with Hidi Horikoshi

This hip-hop incorporates fun dance movements to modern day music, as well as throwbacks from the past. Grab your high tops, baggy clothes and come out to the dance floor!

Yoga with Madhav Sharma

This class promotes stress-free living and working. Yoga sets out to help us find ways to quiet the mind. Using postures to relax and refresh the body and the mind. Traditionally, yoga is carefully focused on the inner world of the individual, a place that can become a refreshing retreat in the midst of a busy day. Exercise for your soul!!!

Jumping Calories with Adrianna Sgouris

Brand new class that not only burns calories fast but also tones muscles. It’s a fun and easy workout that involves, jump roping, ab workouts, and weight training. I will include fun music to get us moving and will have a ten minute cool down at the end.

Cardio & Core with Linda Krause

This class is a high intensity cardio class that will leave you dripping with sweat, but wanting more. Do your heart and body a favor and try this class!

Totally Toned with Linda Krause

Continuous, flowing Pilate movements with a dance like flair. Sure to keep your interest and increase your flexibility, strength, and create lean tones muscles.

Totally Fit with Linda Krause

This class takes a mix of Pilates and infuses it with plyometric movements for a heart pumping, intense workout. Totally Fit is perfect for creating a lean and strong body.
