Katie Burns, a secondary education math major from Millville, PA, and Sean Svitana, a secondary education general science major from East Freedom, PA, received the Ralph and Edna Feather Memorial Scholarship. Educational studies and secondary education faculty member Ralph Feather and his wife, Sandra, established the scholarship in memory of Ralph's parents. Brittany Claar (right), 2006 recipient of the scholarship, attended the luncheon as Sean's special guest.
