$35 Application Fee/$60 International Application Fee

  • The non-refundable application fee should be paid via check, money order, or international money order. It should be made payable to Bloomsburg University and mailed to School of Graduate Studies, 212 Centennial Hall, Bloomsburg University, 400 E. Second St., Bloomsburg, PA 17815-1301

Official Undergraduate and Graduate Transcripts

  • Transcripts should indicate degree granted and sent directly to The Office of Graduate Studies from your respective institution. If sent to the student, the transcript should be delivered to The Office of Graduate Studies in a sealed envelope.
  • These are basic requirements for all graduate programs. Each department has additional requirements that will be required upon receipt of your application. When applying please allow sufficient time for your application materials (including test results) to be received by the Graduate Office and your file to be reviewed for the following semester.
  • Once the Graduate Office has received the application, application fee, and transcripts, the student will be added to the system as a Graduate Non-Degree student at which point they may take up to 12 graduate credits (9 credits for MBA) that will ultimately transfer into a program. Once your file is complete, it will be reviewed for admission to the program. If you are taking Act 48 credits and are not applying to a program, let the Graduate Office known in writing so you may continue in non-degree status. As a Graduate Non-Degree student, you will not be eligible for financial aid or Graduate Assistantships. To schedule courses, contact the coordinator of the program that the courses fall under.
