Guest Information

Guests with disabilities — No special arrangements for guests who are handicapped or disabled are needed. Guests who have trouble walking or climbing steps may be dropped off at the main entrance of Haas Auditorium.

Reserved parking will be available for persons with disabilities behind the McCormick Center and Navy Hall. If parking or access assistance is needed, speak with university police officers, who will be on duty throughout the day. Disabled guests without a handicapped parking tag will also be allowed to park close to the auditorium.

Seating is available in the auditorium for persons in wheelchairs, with one additional guest. Please arrive early to secure seating in these areas. If an interpreter for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing is needed for the ceremony, please contact Anita Hakim, graduation coordinator, by e-mail to make arrangements at least one month prior to graduation.

Parking — Graduates and guests will be directed by university police where to park on campus. Reserved parking will be available behind McCormick Center and Navy Hall for persons who are handicapped or have trouble walking. Please request assistance from the police officers covering the event.
