Dean of the College of Business

Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania invites nominations and applications by dynamic leaders for the position of Dean of the College of Business (AA #03-9-101).

Located in scenic northcentral Pennsylvania, Bloomsburg University is one of 14 members of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. The College of Business, with approximately 1,600 undergraduate and 100 graduate students, is accredited by AACSB-International and houses six academic departments, offering eight baccalaureate degree programs and master's degrees in Business Education and Business Administration. The College has 43 full-time faculty members, with over 90% holding earned PhDs.

Responsibilities: The Dean of the College of Business reports to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and is responsible for the administration, coordination and oversight of all aspects of teaching, research and scholarly activity in the College of Business; for leading a capital campaign, for developing and administering the budget for the College; for recommending faculty appointments and promotion; for the development of external funding for program support; and for maintenance of AACSB accreditation.
