The Innovation, Technology, and Supply Chain Management Department of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania seeks to build a pool of part-time Supply Chain Management instructors. This pool will be active during the period of June 1, 2016 through May 31, 2018.
Doctorate (preferred) or Master’s degree in any of the following fields: Supply Chain Management, Business Management and Operations, Logistics, Global Sourcing, Supply Chain Technology, Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain Marketing, or related business field is required. Courses to be taught may include, but are not limited to the following: Supply Chain Operations, Managing Quality, Inter-Organizational Enterprise Systems, Integrated Logistics, Managing Innovation, and Managing Business Processes. Related business experience is preferred. Completion of scholarly activities, including refereed journal articles and professional certifications are desirable. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations preferred. Teaching experience or corporate training is desirable. Finalists must communicate well and successfully complete an interview process and/or teaching demonstration as judged by the department faculty. Recommendation for hiring is needed by the majority of the regular, full-time department faculty.
