Adjunct Pool - Department of Management

The Management Department of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania seeks to build a pool of part-time instructors. This pool with be active during the period May 31, 2012 to May 31, 2014.

Master’s degree in appropriate business concentration required; earned doctorate, MBA, or other approved terminal degree is preferred. Courses to be taught may include, but are not limited to, the following: Principles of Management, Managerial Communications, Labor and Industrial Relations, International Management, Human Resource Management, Compensation Management, and related courses. Completion of scholarly activities, including refereed journal articles and professional certifications is desirable. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations preferred. Finalists must communicate well and successfully complete an interview process and/or teaching demonstration as judged by the department faculty. Recommendation for hiring is needed by the majority of the regular, full-time department faculty.
