TRiO Upward Bound

TRiO Upward Bound at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania is establishing a two-year pool of temporary part-time grant funded faculty who could be called upon to teach non-credit high school level academic courses in communication skills, writing, reading, mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, PSSA math, PSSA reading and foreign language for six-weeks in the summer.

Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree, certification in specific discipline, teaching experience, ACT 34 and ACT 151 clearances. Master's degree and TRiO Upward Bound teaching experience preferred. Professional experience with students from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds and demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations preferred.
