New North Hall
New North Hall soon after it opened.
Opened in 1960 as a dormitory for men, New North Hall accommodated 200 students. Renamed Northumberland Hall in 1970, it contained a lounge, recreation rooms, and a laundry room. In addition it had an apartment for the Dean of Men. Today the residence hall is co-ed and can house up to 250 students.
