Bloomsburg University to host sale to benefit United Way

For immediate release: Jan. 10, 2007

BLOOMSBURG — Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania will host a Trash to Treasure Sale on Saturday, Jan . 13, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Kehr Union, Multicultural Center. Proceeds from the sale benefit the Columbia County United Way.

The sale will feature donated clothing, electronics and household items as well as dozens of surplus computers.

Bloomsburg University is one of 14 universities in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. The university serves approximately 8,000 students, offering comprehensive programs of study in the colleges of Professional Studies, Business, Liberal Arts and Science and Technology.
