Haas Gallery exhibits works by faculty

BLOOMSBURG — “Prolific Growth,” an exhibit of works by Marilee Salvator, assistant professor of art and art history, is featured in Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania’s Haas Gallery of Art through Friday, Sept. 10. The exhibit is open to the public free of charge Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Salvator, who teaches printmaking at BU and serves as adviser for the Student Art Association, will offer artist talks Thursday, Sept. 9, at 11:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. as part of the closing reception, which runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the gallery. Some of the works in the exhibit were funded by a research and disciplinary grant through BU’s Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.
