BLOOMSBURG — Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania will host its annual Parents and Family Weekend Friday through Sunday, Sept. 14 to 16.

A variety of activities are planned for students and their families including athletic contests, movies, bingo, midnight pizza, laser tag, miniature golf, an obstacle course, zip-line and rock climbing. In honor of the parents and family, The University Book Store is offering a 20 percent discount on clothing, insignia gifts and general books.

Saturday’s highlights include:

• Quest open climbing wall and zip-line, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Upper Campus
• Miniature golf and other games, Saturday, noon to 4 p.m., Academic Quad or, in case of rain, Kehr Union, ballroom
• Football, Huskies vs. Kutztown, 2:30 p.m., Danny Hale Field at Redman Stadium
• Restaurant Night, 5 to 8 p.m., Monty’s.
