For campus safety and compliance with health regulations, pets, are permitted on campus only under the direct control of the owner and on a leash, chain, or other device which secures its control by the owner. Pets are not permitted in any of the buildings of Bloomsburg University.

This regulation is not a substitute for, but rather a complement to presently existing local and state laws regarding pets and dogs.
