What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. That doesn’t mean much to most people. What CrossFit is to us is a great way at improving your fitness level and all around health. It’s about constantly improving and being the best you can be.

CrossFit is truly for everyone, from elite lifters to elderly women will and train together which builds a great surrounding and a fun place to work out at.

Meet the CrossFit Instructors

Allison Schuster

  • Level 1 CrossFit certified
  • Currently a competitor in CrossFit competitions
  • Past lacrosse player
  • Previous Assistant track and field coach for two years
  • Has trained numerous age groups
  • 7 years of experience with weight training/fitness levels
  • Exercise Science Major

Zach Gursky

  • Level 1 CrossFit certified (Feb. 2, 2014)
  • Was a competitive power lifter for several years
  • Currently a competitive cross fitter
  • Have trained a variety of people ranging from young children to older adults
  • 17 years of experience with resistance training
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science
