Flip Fitness


This total body workout with Erin Knox uses basic moves such as jumping jacks, squats, lounges, pushups, crunches, etc. How many and when? It is determined by the FLIP of the card which allows muscle confusion at its finest! Choreography free and no coordination needed. This class is great for men too!

Yoga


This class with Madhav Sharma promotes stress-free living and working. Yoga sets out to help us find ways to quiet the mind. Using postures to relax and refresh the body and the mind. Traditionally, yoga is carefully focused on the inner world of the individual, a place that can become a refreshing retreat in the midst of a busy day. Exercise for your soul!!!

Liquid Motion


Continuous, flowing Pilate movements with a dance like flair with Linda Krause. Sure to keep your interest and increase your flexibility, strength, and create lean tones muscles.

Pumped Up Pilates


This class with Linda Krause takes a mix of Pilates and infuses it with plyometric movements for a heart pumping, intense workout. Pumped Up Pilates is perfect for creating a lean and strong body.

TGIF


THANK GOD IT’S FRIDAY! What better way to start the weekend off with some fun and exhilarating exercise with Linda Krause. Make it a Friday tradition before the weekend.

Mix It Up


This class with Linda Krause combines the best of both workouts! The first part of class will consist of cardio movements such as step, plyometric, high low aerobic dance combinations, and endurance exercises which will vary each week. The second portion of the class will focus on toning and strengthening the body with a Pilates, targeting the core and much more! This is a great class for all fitness levels!

Zumba Fitness


This Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party with Dawn Burt will enable you to feel the music and let loose.
