R25 Webviewer
The R25 Webviewer displays classes, athletic events and events scheduled through Performing Arts.
Requests for these campus spaces and/or events may be submitted here:
- Mitrani Hall in the Haas Center
- Gross Auditorium in Carver Hall
- Student Recreational Center
- Athletic events scheduled by the Department of Athletics
Kehr Union and Monty’s
Virtual EMS displays reservations and instructions to request the use of the Kehr Union Building and Monty’s.
Facilities Scheduling
The Facilities Scheduling tool will direct you to the page that displays events scheduled through the Facilities Scheduling Office. Onetime events, including those to be held in classrooms (i.e. review sessions) should be set up through Facilities Scheduling. Contact the Facilities Scheduling Office to request a reservation.
Requests from Outside Groups and Individuals
Requests for use of BU facilities from outside groups and individuals are handled through the Conference Services Office. Contact Conference Services by e-mail or 570-389-4002 for more information or to make a request.
