March - Harry C. "Neil" Strine IV, assistant professor of political science and director of forensics, recently presented a paper with Dr. Christopher R. Darr, titled "Incivility in Supreme Court Nomination Hearings, 1971-2006" at the Midwest Political Science Conference held at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago. Strine IV's paper, "George W. Bush and Presidential Signing Statements: An Abuse of Power or Continuing a Presidential Tradition" will be included in Cambridge Scholars Publishing forthcoming publication of a collection of papers from the "Symposium on the Legacy of George W. Bush" held at Mount Union College in March.

Bush and Presidential Signing Statements: An Abuse of Power or Continuing a Presidential Tradition?" at a symposium on George W. Bush held at Mount Union College, Alliance, Ohio on Saturday, March 1.
