Events

Tractor Tire Relay - The team must flip two tractor tires, end over end, around a 400 meter track for time.

Sledge Hammer - Each team member must swing a 10 pound sledge hammer over the head striking a tractor tire for 100 repetitions. In addition each team member must swing a 5 pound mallet , 50 reps with each hand, on a car tire. The team must complete all reps. for time.

Log Relay - Team members must do forward lunges round a 400 meter track while cradeling a 70 pound log on their chest. The team must work together to get three logs around the track for time.
