Events
Two Man Tire Relay - Team members work in pairs carrying a 2X4 with a large tire around a track for time .
Pushups - Team members will do as many pushups as they can in a single set. The push-up repetitions for each team are calculated to find the team average. The first place team subtracts three minutes from their total time. The second place team subtracts two minute. The last place team subtracts one minute.
Tug Of War - Each team competes four times. For each win at team eliminates 45 seconds from their overall time.
