2008: Emerged as the Huskies top freshman pitcher, appearing in16 games and starting one...Went 2-2 on the season with a 5.80 ERA and 22 strikeouts...Opposing batters hit a combined .277 against him, the lowest amongst pitchers with at least 40 innings of work...Struckout six and gave up one earned run against Kutztown in February.
