Baxter is a former University of Rio Grande player. He completed his college soccer years with the #1 ranked soccer program in the nation. He was first team All-Conference and won honors at the regional level in his junior and senior years. Prior to coming to the USA, Baxter played for Burnley FC at youth level, as well as representing his country at under 18-19 level. He later went on to play in the prestigious Lancashire Academy before accepting a scholarship offer in the United States. Baxter is an experienced coach, who served as a camp director for the David Beckham Academy in Los Angeles in 2007. He will be pursuing a Masters in Exercise Science at Bloomsburg.
