Bloomsburg Falls to LeMoyne in Season Opener
BLOOMSBURG —The Bloomsburg University men's soccer team dropped its home opener to LeMoyne College, 2-0 on Saturday.
The Dolphins got off to a quick start on a goal from Eric Macias on a penalty kick less than three minutes into the game. LeMoyne's Mariel Lako scored the team's second goal with less than a minute left in the first half.
Bloomsburg played a man short after an incident between the two teams resulted in a Huskie player getting a red card.
The Huskies were led by Travis Young who had two saves in goal.
Bloomsburg will host Slippery Rock on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.
