Bloomsburg Falls to Shippensburg in Men's Soccer
BLOOMSBURG — The Bloomsburg University men's soccer team gave up a late goal in the second half to lose 1-0 to Shippensburg University.
After a scoreless first half, Shippensburg's Alex Terrell found the back of the net with 4:52 left in the game. The Huskies despite out shooting Shippensburg 13-9 couldn't get the tying goal.
Bloomsburg goalie Travis Young (Altoona/Altoona) had eight saves for the Huskies and Shippensburg goalie Brad Patke had eight as well.
The Huskies (6-12, 5-10 PSAC East) will travel to West Chester for their final game of the season on Saturday at noon.
