BLOOMSBURG-- Bloomsburg University's Jahri Evans (Philadelphia/Frankford) was drafted in the fourth round of the 2006 National Football League draft by the New Orleans Saints.

A 6' 4" 317 lb. offensive tackle, Evans was the 11th pick in the round and the 108th overall pick in the draft. In 2005, he helped lead the Huskies to an undefeated regular season and a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Championship.
