Notes:

The win for Bloomsburg was the 400th in the field hockey coaching career of Jan Hutchinson.

Hutchinson is now 400-54-20 in 23 years as head coach. She is the winningest coach in NCAA

field hockey history at any level. Between softball and field hockey she has posted 1,206 wins.

Leah Conte (Harrisburg/Upper Dublin) scored the Huskies first two goals on penalty corners with

Liz Martin (New Holland/Garden Spot) assisting on both goals. Freshman Sheila Zilinski (Barto/Boyertown)

added the Huskies' final two goals to give Bloomsburg the win. The Huskies dominated play in the first half

getting off 11 shots to the Pioneers two. CW Post goalie Christy Garnder came up with several big saves to keep

the game tied at 1-1 heading into the second half.
