Bloomsburg picked up its 10th win of the season with a 3-0 win over Houghton. Tonya Aikey (Mifflinburg/Mifflinburg) scored the first goal for the Huskies. Less then a minute later, Sheila Zilinski (Barto/Boyerstown) added the team's second goal to end the first half. In the second half, Heather Weikel (Middleburg/Middleburg) scored the team's third goal of the game off of an assist by Krista Engle (Liverpool/Greenwood). The win gave Head Coach Jan Hutchinson her 399th victory in field hockey. She will go for win number 400 on Thursday against C.W. Post. |
