Bloomsburg Field Hockey Ranked Second in NFHCA
BLOOMSBURG-The Bloomsburg University field hockey team is ranked second in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association poll for Tuesday October 7, 2008.
The Huskies, 11-1, remain at the number two spot in the national rankings for the third week in a row, after posting an 8-1 win over C.W. Post and a 7-0 shutout over Seton Hill last week.
Indiana University of PA maintains the number one spot with a 10-0 record and received 10 first place votes in the poll this week. Shippensburg remains at the number three spot in the poll with a 10-2 record. Bentley College moves into the poll at the number eight spot.
Bloomsburg will host East Stroudsburg on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
