Head Coach Kathy Frick

Kathy FrickCoach Kathy Frick begins her fourth season as head lacrosse coach at Bloomsburg University. She is also an assistant coach with the field hockey team. A graduate of Bloomsburg, she was an All-American twice in field hockey and once in lacrosse.

Frick began her coaching career at Roanoke College as an assistant lacrosse coach for a team that reached the NCAA Division III semifinals. She later was an assistant field hockey and lacrosse coach at Colgate, before becoming the head coach in both sports at Goucher College. While at Goucher, Frick led her team to the 1995 NCAA field hockey tournament and in 1996 to the semifinals of the NCAA lacrosse tournament.

At Bloomsburg Frick guided the Huskies to the 2000 PSAC championship and final co-number one ranking in the country in Division II. Following the 2000 season Frick was named the Division II Coach of the Year by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association. The Huskies were also ranked pre-season number one by several publications heading into the 2001 season.
