PANAMA CITY, FL—Longwood College defeated Bloomsburg Univesity, 14-7, in lacrosse action Wednesday. The Huskies drop to 1-1 for the year.

Bloomsburg was led in scoring by Georgia Carinci with two goals, while Katie MacLean added one goal and one assist. Scoring one goal each was Megan Bell, Molly Kline, Sheila Zilinski and Julie Minogue. Yshonda Wisher stopped 14 shots in goal for Bloomsburg.

The Huskies will wrap up their Florida trip with a game against Stonehill College Friday at 1 p.m.
