Maclean Named PSAC Lacrosse Player of the Week

BLOOMSBURG- Senior attack Katie Maclean (Lafayette, NJ/Shawnee) was named the PSAC Lacrosse Player of the Week. In two games last week, Maclean scored 9 goals and assisted on two more.

Against Millersville, the fifth-ranked team in the nation, Maclean led the seventh-ranked Huskies to an 18-16 victory. She had four second-half goals helping the Huskies erase a 6-goal halftime deficit. Maclean finished with a game-high five goals, including the go-ahead goal with 2:45 left in the game.

Maclean also led the Huskies to a 16-9 victory over fourth-ranked Gannon. She finished with four goals and two assists.

For the season, Maclean leads the Huskies in scoring with 48 points on 34 goals and 14 assists. She has scored in each of the Huskies 11 games and has had three or more goals in a game eight times.
