Zilinski Named PSAC Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week

BLOOMSBURG—Bloomsburg University women's lacrosse player Sheila Zilinski (Barto/Boyertown) has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week.

Zilinski helped Bloomsburg win its only game of the week by posting five goals in the teams 17-7 triumph over Philadelphia.

For the year, Zilinski has scored nine goals and has one assist in four games. In her career, she has totaled 38 goals and eight assists in two seasons for the Huskies.

This is the first time in Zilinski's career that she has been named Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week.

Bloomsburg, 3-1, is ranked fifth in the latest Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) poll.
