Toms Named PSAC Player of the Week For Second Time

BLOOMSBURG-- Bloomsburg University lacrosse standout Cali Toms (Pottstown/Pottsgrove) was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Lacrosse Player of the Week for the period ending April 19. It is the second time this season she has earned the award.

Toms led the Huskies to a 2-1 week as the senior midfielder recorded 13 goals, had six draw controls, two ground balls and a caused turnover. In a 17-12 win over Millersville, Toms scored a game-high five goals to help Bloomsburg rally for the win. In a 22-8 victory at IUP, Toms scored a game-high seven goals before adding a goal in a 9-8 loss at Mercyhurst.

For the season Toms leads the team in goals with 34 and is second in points with 37.
