LATROBE—The Bloomsburg University men's basketball team fell to California (PA) in the St. Vincent College Tournament, 80-74. Senior guard Aaron Carter (Plymouth Meeting/Penn Charter) led all scorers with 32 points.
Tom Frederick scored 18 points leading a balanced Vulcan attack that had five players in double figures scoring. Sharif Brown added 12 points and eight assists.
For the Huskies, junior center Adam Bohman (Sussex/Vernon Township) had 12 points and nine rebounds. Junior forward Tom Barlow (Dresher/Upper Dublin) was six for nine from the field, finishing with 13 points. Freshman guard Michael Kinsey (Philadelphia/Mastbaum Tech) rounded out the double-figure scoring for Bloomsburg with 10 points.
The Huskies will play Saturday, November 17th in the consolation game of the St. Vincent Tournament. Tip-off is at 5 p.m.
