Bloomsburg Men's Basketball Places Third in St. Vincent Tip-off

BLOOMSBURG—The Bloomsburg University men's basketball team placed third in the St. Vincent College Tip-off Tournament with a 62-59 win over Daemen College.

Junior forward Tom Barlow (Dresher/Upper Dublin) led the Huskies with 16 points and seven rebounds. Junior center Adam Bohman (Sussex, NJ/Vernon Township) had 14 points, six rebounds, and four assists. Senior guard Aaron Carter (Plymouth Meeting/Penn Charter) also added 14 points.

Key foul shooting down the stretch by Bohman and Carter sealed the game for Bloomsburg. In the game, the Huskies shot 94.4% from the foul line, going 17 for 18.

Mark Rouse led Daemen with 16 points. Jonathan Walker added 10 points and 10 rebounds.

The Huskies will be in action again on November 20th when they have their home opener against Pitt-Johnstown. Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m.
