WASHINGTON, DC Tim Rawls scored a game-high 25 points to lead the University of the District of Columbia to a 75-55 win over Bloomsburg University in men's basketball action Tuesday night. Rawls was one of four Firebirds to reach double figures in the game. The Huskies, playing without three of its regular starters who are out with injuries, fell behind 38-19 at the half. Bloomsburg shot just 28 percent in the opening 20 minutes (8-28). In the second half the Huskies improved its shooting percentage to 53 percent (14-26), but it was not enough to overcome the big halftime margin.
