Bloomsburg Men's Basketball Falls to Bowie State

BLOOMSBURG- Bowie State's Derek Payne scored 20 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead the Bulldogs to an 88-64 win over Bloomsburg at the Bowie State Bulldog Classic on Friday night.

Marion Rose (Philadelphia/ Mastbaum) led the Huskies with 20 points. Matt Jefferson (Philadelphia/ Engineering & Science) grabbed nine rebounds and scored seven points, while Derek Daniels (White Plains, NY/ Coppin State) scored 13 points and had six rebounds.

Bloomsburg falls to 1-1 on the season. They will play Holy Family in the consolation game tomorrow at 10:30 a.m.
