Bloomsburg's Cunningham Named PSAC East Rookie of the Week

BLOOMSBURG-Bloomsburg University men's basketball player Seve Cunningham (Wrightsville/Eastern York) was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Rookie of the Week for the period ending Jan. 28th.

In Bloomsburg's only game of the week, Cunningham scored a career-high 21 points on seven of eight shooting from the floor, including his only three-point attempt. Cunningham also hit six of seven from the free throw line and grabbed four rebounds in the Huskies' 91-90 loss to Mansfield.

Cunningham, a 5-11 guard, is averaging 4.8 points and 1.9 rebounds per game. He has played in 18 games with seven starts.

Bloomsburg will visit West Chester on Feb. 1st at 7:30 p.m.
